What is Kula?
Have you ever had one of those days—the kind where everything feels like too much?
Maybe your to-do list is a mile long, and trying to figure out where to start is overwhelming. And even if you can overcome the task paralysis, it can feel like you’re spinning your wheels but going nowhere.
Maybe something big has impacted your life, or maybe it's the smallest things that are setting you off.
Or you have that “stuck” feeling, like you know there’s more, but can’t quite put your finger on what it is or how to get there. You just long for the type of connections where you can dive deep and figure out how to navigate the tricky business of being human.
We all feel this way sometimes, and we long for deep, meaningful connections - the kind that make us feel less alone through all of the highs and lows of life.
That’s the heart of Kula. It’s a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, where people just get it. It’s about showing up as you are—whether you’re feeling on top of the world or like the world’s on top of you—and knowing that you’re not alone. For so many of us, especially those who are neurodivergent, finding that kind of understanding and connection can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack.
Kula is the place where you can finally take off your mask and exhale.

Honoring Your BEing
We want every member of Kula to feel seen and valued, like you’ve finally found your people. We want you to know that your unique way of seeing the world is not just okay—it’s celebrated. Whoever you are, if you value authenticity, curiosity, and kindness, you’ll fit right in here.
It’s not about fixing anyone or fitting into a mold. It’s about creating a space where you can explore, grow, and thrive on your own terms, surrounded by people who genuinely care.
What’s Next?
We’re just getting started, and there’s so much we’re excited to share. From heartfelt conversations to webinars and support groups, everything we do is rooted in the idea of building a community that lifts each other up. We’re dreaming of a future where everyone who joins Kula feels inspired and empowered to create a life filled with intention, meaning, and connection.
So, pull up a chair, friend. We’re so glad you’re here.
